Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Personalized Jerseys
Because personalized jerseys are made with custom names, gamertags, or numbers, they cannot be returned unless:
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item was sent
There is a clear production error
The personalization does not match the order details you submitted
Please check your name, number, size, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Your name and email address
A clear photo of the issue
A short description of the problem
We will review the issue and let you know the next step.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
Worn or washed items
Items damaged after delivery
Personalized items with correct order details
Items returned without approval
Sale items, unless damaged or incorrect
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund after receiving and inspecting the item.
Refunds are usually sent back to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees may not be refundable.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but exchanges may depend on stock availability and whether the item was personalized.
