Adidas Partners with Esports World Cup as a Major Sponsor

The Esports World Cup (EWC), a pinnacle of competitive gaming, has forged a significant partnership with Adidas, the renowned German sportswear brand, on June 20th.

Adidas, a consistent supporter of the EWC, is once again partnering with the organizers, The Esports World Cup Foundation. This new bond continues their successful collaboration, which began with the last edition of Gamers8 in 2023. Fun fact: the EWC directly replaces the Gamer8 event.

Mohammed Al Nimer, Sales Director at the EWC, remarked, “The Esports World Cup is proud to partner with Adidas, a brand that embodies the spirit of competition and innovation.”

The German outfit will serve as the official sponsor of the merchandise and attire of the players during the tournament. Adidas will also provide branded t-shirts for the staff working at the EWC.

The EWC, arguably the best upcoming Esports tournament this year, will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from July 4th to August 25th. Fans worldwide are excited to see their heroes in Adidas apparel while they compete to bring the trophy home.

Call of Duty, Dota 2, and League of Legends are a few of the Esports games that will feature in this maiden edition. Check out our blog to learn more about the players and game titles at the Esports World Cup. Remember to comment on your favorite players and which team will emerge as the winner.
